We like to tell, through a few simple questions and answers, who our customers are, engaging them in a short, informal interview to share their stories, with a focus on how they live their beauty in their intense daily lives (work, family and leisure) their relationship with Milan, what they appreciate about our salon and our work.
Today we present and interview Francesca Chelli.
Francesca, worked for several years in various multinational companies, including Lever e Atkinsons, divisions of Unileverand for Oriflamecompanies in which he held various positions in the marketing, sales and communication areas in Italy and abroad, mainly in London and Brussels.
Back in Italy, she became responsible for the start-up and launch of Nespresso as General Manager, and was in charge of the company's implementation in the territory, and oversaw its growth and management, taking care of the concept and the opening in Milan of the first Nespresso boutique the world.
In 2009, eager to experience business outside of a monolithic structure, she took the step of leaving Nespresso, which had in the meantime become an icon in the Italian coffee market, and entered the arena of business consulting as a freelancer.
Today she deals with repositioning and relaunching luxury brands for companies in various sectors. She periodically speaks as a speaker in Management courses at Luigi Bocconi University, where she graduated.
Although Francesca is a very busy woman, she always finds time for sports, takes great care of her diet, likes to cook for others and follows a healthy lifestyle. She is married, has two daughters, and two dogs, strictly female.
